1. Overview

CARLUX-Import provides an online tool that generates estimated import costs and a step-by-step plan. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or customs advice.

2. No Professional Advice

Estimates are generated using simplified rules and AI. Actual costs and requirements may differ. You should consult a licensed customs broker or qualified professional before making decisions.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these Terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid access grants usage of the calculator for at least 12 months, as described at checkout. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once access is granted.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• No automated scraping or excessive requests.
• No reverse engineering or security circumvention.
• No unlawful or infringing use.
• No more than 100 calculations per month.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
